In theory this can work. The only problem I have with these revenue share programs is the number of people registered. If Facebook earns $60 million per month from ads and want to share 40% of that with its 100 million users each guy will get less than a dollar. If you tell people they will share in $60 mil per month revenue it sounds great, until you figure out with how many people you have to share it.
BUT what makes GoalsOnTarget a bit different is the fact that your revenue share will be determined by your activity, thus those who register and do nothing will not share as much as those who are actively involved. The More people you refer and the more active you and your downline are, the more you will earn from the revenue pool.
